My Approach
I'm direct and compassionate. I'll ask the questions that are hard to sit with, because that's often where the real work begins. But this isn't just about talking through your feelings. I focus on giving you practical tools and strategies you can actually use, so that change doesn't stay in the therapy room. My goal isn't for you to need me indefinitely, it's for you to feel genuinely confident navigating whatever life throws at you.
How I Work
My practice is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Hakomi Somatic Therapy, blended with other approaches tailored to what you specifically need.
I also draw on my background in leadership and executive coaching to help clients build confidence, insight, and resilience — not just in their personal lives, but in their professional ones too.
