Areas of Focus

I work with driven professionals on many different concerns they bring to our sessions. However, here are a few of the areas I specialize in: ​

  • Anxiety and Depression: Feeling constantly worried or overwhelmed can take a toll on your life, relationships and even health. Working with Cognitive Behavioral (or CBT) interventions can improve these feelings for some. 

  • Perfectionism: Striving to do your best work and be the most idealistic version of yourself is not necessarily a bad thing, but when the pursuit of being perfect causes you stress, it may be a great time to talk about it with someone. 

  • Imposter Syndrome: Feeling like a fraud? That one more credential, degree, job, etc. will make you finally feel confident at whatever you are doing? If so you might be suffering from Imposter Syndrome. Research shows that this disproportionally impacts high achieving women but can impact men as well.

  • Communication: I believe this is at the heart of many challenges we face in our relationships, whether they be romantic or platonic. New tools and ways of looking at your communication struggles is something we can work on in sessions together.

  • Start-Up and Founder Issues: Starting your own company can be challenging. I work with many founders and VC's around the unique challenges this career path brings up. Having someone to discuss these challenges with can help you more effectively navigate them.

  • Coaching: If you'd like to include some coaching tools and strategies along with the deeper therapeutic work in areas of career, communication or leadership, I have years of experience doing this work as well.
