Stress and Anxiety: Feeling constantly worried or overwhelmed can take a toll on your life, relationships and even health. Working with Cognitive Behavioral (or CBT) interventions can improve these feelings for some people.
Work and Career Challenges: As Americans, we spend a large portion of our lives working. Finding ways to lessen the strain of your job or create stronger boundaries around it, can lead to positive changes elsewhere in your life.
Communication: I believe this is at the heart of many challenges we face in our relationships, whether they be romantic or platonic. New tools and ways of looking at your communication struggles is something we can work on in sessions together.
Perfectionism: Striving to do your best work and be the most idealistic version of yourself is not necessarily a bad thing, but when the pursuit of being perfect causes you stress, it may be a great time to talk about it with someone like myself.
Life Transitions: You might be new to the area and struggling to find your feet, or newly married/engaged or even starting down a new career path and feeling overwhelmed. Not feeling alone as you take this journey might make the road a little bit easier to navigate.
